I believe food is the medicine that fuels our body and souls. It brings all of us together.
I was raised in the food industry; from growing up in my parent’s restaurants, to operating my own small businesses, my ultimate dream was to run Simone’s.
I want to bring good, quality food with some new and different ideas to breakfast. Simone’s is a quaint location offering warm, hearty, and healthy options.
Being a proud Pittsburgher (born and raised), I’m excited to join forces with local food vendors providing a standard of quality you’re sure to notice.
